In your list the video card does not appear to have a availability status and the liquid cooler is soon to be available. I figure thats normal if your getting ready to build one. I've still have time before I have the money prepared for it anyways. So there is no rush atm. I'll be checking in here to see if anyone else has suggestions too. Best to look at all the "shop windows"/options before committing.

It's not all that complicated. Make sure all the pixel cleaning/ refresh modes are on, and that you're on the proper HDR mode if that's how that model works. Ik you're excited

not meaningfully so. really the only time you see a noticeable difference (and even then, a rather small one) in clocks between products of the same architecture and node is when one is heavily disabled. generally speaking you're going to have a pretty similar clocks as long as you have a similar watt/mm^2. with heavily disabled products the heat from those watts is spread across a larger die though, so you get extra thermal scaling, nominally
