Right now I pay $92/month for 28Mbps/s, which is point to point wireless. Spectrum is offering "fiber" at my house for $70/month for the first year, then $85/month after (which I assume will go up eventually). They will also have to hire a contractor to dig the trench for the line from the road to my house, around 40 yards.

you remove the 24-pin connection from the motherboard (or at the extension if you're using them) then click that on to the top like it's the motherboard female slot for 24-pin. You'll want to disconnect the CPU power, GPU power, & other connections from the PSU tho so you're not partially powering the system. Btw Amazon Prime Day is in a few days I think.

I always use liquid metal. I used a dremel to make the direct die frame from thermal grizzly work for X3d. I think I've delidded... 8 CPUs now & I only destroyed one of them (RIP 11600K).

Newegg's Refurbs are all tested to be working and are generally CPUs that people sent back thinking it had a problem but didn't. the ones that did have a problem are either fixed by Newegg or AMD. Mine for example it was clear, someone took the IHS off and had to fix something there but it works like new performs better than most.
