yep that was exactly what i was thinking. Vega had a faulty interposer, so not a great example, but beyond that iirc it was very reliable despite having multiple on-package dies. i expect a UDNA/RDNA X chiplet design running a borrowed Zen 6 interposer design would be good on many levels
