For users who just turns on XMP chances are the board/cpu may not handle higher speeds

6000-6400mhz should work for most if not all ddr5 machines when XMP is turned on

with AMD, you want UCLK & MCLK to run 1:1 (same frequency). Once you go over 6000ish, motherboards usually automatically switch to 2:1 which means the memory controller is running at half the frequency of the memory itself

you can run 8000+ in 2:1 mode but 1:1 is usually still better

If you want to set per program GPU selection, prolly use Windows settings. If you want to always use iGPU or dGPU, prolly use Nvidia Control Panel or Nvidia App. Dont really need to uninstall Optimus drivers

It's like plugging a display into a desktop iGPU. Can still mess around with whether the program renders via iGPU or dGPU, but it will always be outputting via iGPU
