by VRM are you talking about the CPU power? CPU power headers are typically on the top left of mobo and the 24pin MOBO power header is on the right side

I was able to lower my computer back down to normal power mode, and then going into MSI afterburner I can force lock the 3060 TI to stay clocked up using the voltage curve
