Likely would be the top contenders like Ubuntu, Mint, Arch, etc. Tho with that said, prolly dont need much for that kind of server. Likely just a couple of docker containers for MC server and web server, probably nginx as well (not really a networking person but I think you'd need a reverse proxy?)
