cause i just figured out the cause of my random game crashes and i guess it actually wasn't my old 13700k

my old 13700k was definitely still degraded but not so much that it should have been crashing while underclocked

my psu's 5V rail is failing

spec is 4.75V ~ 5.25V and i saw it droop as low as 4.58V

which i feel like should have tripped UVP but i guess not

but that was causing my drives to freak out
