The models ask for more information and have been extremely accurate for me as of now. Ended up finding out the reason I can't breath most times is cause I have Vascomotor Rhinitis, and not because of my deviated septum, which explains why the fixes for deviated septum's weren't helping. I have had doctors for years who never even looked into that idea

I ask GPT4o something about them and frame it as a research project, and GPT4o will give me maybe 30% accurate info. I will say, me skating by on d-'s was great for me. it was the only way I would have survived my Senior year. My medical issues were the worst then, I almost died, and I lost my father. It was all I had to even pass anything

I wanted to sleep at night, and my 28 hour cercadian rhythm meant that I would sleep (preferably) for 10 hours, and stay awake for 18 instead of 8/16. When I did sleep, my body wouldn't enter REM phase or deep sleep, so I wouldn't wake up feeling any better. When I slept on my sides, I would put pressure on the arteries in my collar bone, which would hurt and cause pain all day. When I slept on my back, my acid reflux would drown me. It was an absolute nightmare

You have no idea. I have many other medical issues still, but they are nothing compared to where I was. I did develop osteoporosis and rickets last year from a (still) unknown passive drain to my Vitamin D2/3. It lead to my bones deteriorating, and the most horrific cavity like paisn in my bones (mostly my shins ans femurs)

I have to take huge dosages of Vitamin D2/3 daily, or it comes back. It also lead to skin plaques, a huge asthema flare, my skin becoming pale, and my immuse system being obliterated

I have been losing weight too! When I was young I was severely skinny (it runs in my family, we have extreme metabolisms)

In my senior year, I was put on a high calorie diet to get me to average weight, which helped me so much, it used to be so painful to sit cause I was very bony and frail. But since I left school, that lead to me becoming moderately overweight. I have lost 23 pounds since I started my journey, and I am doing better day by day!

but, for perspective of how high my metabolism is. I don't move hardly at all. I sit all day, and my "diet" calorie intake is 1800 calories. Thats still like 300 calories below my passive weight hold lmao. All I did was start eating normally (not even low calorie), and I have been losing weight

Firbomyalgia is one of the most extreme overarching medical issues that can stem into just about anything, and its still so unknown that there are no fixed treatements, but different ones can help with different things. For example, my sleep issues being fixed has helped my neuropathy MASSIVELY., To where, I would say I have weeks/months without it

and when I do have it, its usually more of a minro annoyance than a severe issue
