main problem with EVs and hybrids currently are that they both require so much rare earth metals
that makes them both expensive and not that great for the enviroment realistically

also hybrids are also a bit more complex since you need to fit both an electric drive and ICE drive in them, and you'll barely find any shops that would work on them
