Well the problem is two factors, the cpu 1 has only so much bandwidth, so you'll never get more than pcie 5.0x16 total or pcie 4.0x16 total, second is the board needs the wiring to do split lane bifurcating

a slightly slower estimate, i think you should be able to sell the build at 1.7k-1.8k if you sell the build all at once (depending on where you live), and as for individual parts, that usually is a bit higher, but for that, you want to see what people are selling their parts for locally, then undercut them by a few bucks lmao (do be aware of the conditions of their parts though, and compare it to your parts))
