there are a lot of variables there that are harder to account for than just running it & seeing how it does tbh. Top fans are best as as exhaust fans since hot air rises. In some builds with top fans, I've run the rear fan as intake & top as exhaust

it's basically the same concept as comparing desktop usage to server usage. desktop fluctuates heavily and has much more downtime while server is basically 24/7 at a more consistent load. if it was faulty hardware the server would probably show signs of that before the desktop would. As long as it is properly maintained a device with no aparant faults should have no problem running the average life expectancy rated by manufacturer

Realistically the 4060 is a 4050. It's a 107 die rebranded to a 60-class card.
The 4060 is ~60% faster than the 3050 but only matches a 3060 - effectively that makes it a 3050 successor with 8GB of VRAM for $300.

Same thing as the 7800 XT compared to the 6800 XT
The 7800 XT is a 700-class card rebranded to an 800-class price (while bringing the same perf as a 6800 non-XT)
