Cuz the GPU shoves more frames on the monitor than the monitor can display so there's some desyncing

Turn Vsync off and turn Freesync/Gsync on, so then the GPU will only send frames when the monitor is ready for them and you'll completely eliminate stutter and tearing caused by fps

i can recommend the delonghi truebrew ($400 for plastic housing, $500 for stainless and plastic)
it's not the best cup of coffee, but will be better than your average k-cup coffee, and will cost less as well in the long run. and is just as convenient as a pod machine.

note that you will need to do maintenance and clean the machine occasionally, BUT you will need to do that with a pod machine, a regular manual coffee machine, or anything really.
