The igpu can be useful for quick sync (small editing boost), so it's a few more $

But gaming wise the fastest here would be the x3d

Otherwise as far as multicore the 7900 and 13600kf would be fairly similar

The 14700kf would be better in multicore than all the others but gaming wise, bar the 7800x3d, they'll all behave just about the same

Since we're talking fortnite in this instance which is MASSIVELY cpu bound

X3d can give quite a boost

And you'd want an XTX instead of a 4080 Super if it does have DP 2.0/2.1

Since the 4080 super only has dp 1.4

And hdmi 2.1 is barely any better

Since you'd be avoiding blender that would be an acceptable change though
