I have a question about Windows performance on different machines. I have a Legion 7 laptop and a custom 3090 pc, both with 32gb of ddr5 ram and other high-end components. However, Windows seems to run smoother and faster on my laptop than on my pc. Is it because Lenovo has some special access to Windows files and can optimize them for their devices? If so, how can I get a similar optimization on my pc? For instance, my laptop has the copilot feature, but my pc does not.
