So Everytime I bump my PC case or one of my cats my monitor goes dark and I get a Message from the monitor "DP No Signal" and it never recovers until I restart my PC. All my cables are connected and everything I just dont understand WTF is going on. This just started today. Ive never had this problem before.

Yeah so it's really a personal call. If you want to game at 1440p or 4k (though that's trickier with newer titles I think) the 3080 is good. 3070 should be good for 1440p as well, and probably more than you'd need atm for 1080

Only things i disliked more than the ps4 pro, was minspec (3rd gen I5/fx 630p + HD 7950/GTX 670 ti), or these awful PC cases (we had 3 PC's in the same case) that had like no airflow and suffocated the specs so much we had to take the front panel off and legit have a fan attached to it.

It is very huge, yes. Like when I went from 1060 3gb to 2070, and suddenly I had a cpu bottleneck which was a foreign concept for me. I still had a FX 8300 then.

Having dedicated physx processor used to be amazing. Use your old gpu to accelerate the new one. Too bad nothing really uses physx any more, and modern GPUs don't get much benefit.

Normally yes, it's cheaper to build. But 2021 isn't normal. It's very hard to find any GPU that isn't marked up double its original price or more.
