Basically, the pcie slot can provide 75w of power

Hi, I have a problem with my graphics card, and it is that, apart from not working, it makes a noise like electrical or burned (and it is not the fan because it does it without it), and does not display video. The fans work and the graphics card heats up, and within about 15 seconds smoke comes out, the part I do not know, with the multimeter I have not seen any short. If someone helps me particularly, it would be appreciated.

If it’s smoking then look at the card

If you can’t find a burnt wire or capacitor or even identify the damaged component then give it to someone who has experience with electronic repair because you are clueless.
