Yeah absolutely, Spotify isn't heavy, if you're watching videos maybe. I have a 580 which is a slight step up and I play games and have a video running at the same time with 2 1080p monitors. Only time there's issues would be on the video side where it starts to drop frames, but that only occurs if it's like a 1080p video running at 60fps
