hello. Curious if anyone can suggest anything further: the computer I ordered came badly damaged (side glass destroyed & rear plastic paneling broken). The setup is exactly how I wanted so I was thinking of keeping it. Anyway, The MSI MAG Z490 Tomahawk motherboard isn't reading the GeForce RTX 2080 Super (Apparently made by HP). I tried flashing BIOS, reinstalling Windows, & other minor fixes but no luck. I made sure the graphics card was seated right & switched the PCI ports. No luck. Is there any reason I should not think the card is a total loss? Also the USB ports on the front of the Cooler Master Cosmos case aren't working. I should probably accept defeat & return it huh?
