Yeah, so the recent days I've been getting crashes from multiple games, that either return a completely weird error or recently today, with SCUM, saying Out of Video Memory, my browser usually says Out of Memory at the same time. Also at the same time, Discord usually restarts.

UPDATE and TLDR: His Video memory wasn't enough suddenly. DxDiag showed it as 6gb of vram whereas another program showed as 2GB of vram and 2GB of virtual memory. driver update didnt fix it and it happens everywhere.

Most likely a prebuilt won't have the proper PSU cables to power a graphics card, so you will need one that doesn't require a 6 or 8 pin power cable

Because of the way the market is right now I would probably suggest a used GTX 1050Ti, it can be found for 90-100 USD and will meet the spec for your software.
