I sure am relieved that i managed to nab an ATI 5700XT , an Asrock vega 56 and even the ATI RX 580 before the Graphics card Price Structure went INSANE. I have yet to build the newest gaming system that will use the ATI 5700XT ,and install the 56 Vega . I sure hope these newest NVidia cards like the Nvidia 3070 become available and fairly priced , as i would like to nab a 3070 soon
atm it seems to be sense-able to buy a completed prebuilt system with the NVidia 3070 than to purchase the rx 3070 alone. the prices for the a complete system is less then double the price of the NVidia RX3070 alone

if you just care about high FPS rasterization, the 6800 is better than 3070. If you like pretty games and don't mind low FPS, you can turn RTX and DLSS on if you can tolerate lower FPS
but if your sole focus is to run eg. 1440p@144Hz and don't care much about fancy RT effects, the 6800 is definitely better
