Recognized that it was making a loud sound when turned on my PC. Started to troubleshoot the issue and discovered that it was the GPU's fan on the right side that was making a noise as if it was scratching up against something. When in my PC, it will make a very loud noise then suddenly shut off. So the GPU is not working.
