The crashing issue was due to a lack of drivers from Nvidia which they weren’t aware of but EVGA said that it’s fixed. Also if you have an issue they will fix it through warranty

I was able to get the 3080 ventus at launch, just installed it yesterday. Havent seen to many reviews on it, but also havent seen that it was one of the cards that had messed up capacitors

From looking at multiple performance tests, I may have to opt for the 2060 super. Not only is it ~$100 cheaper, it’s average FPS is on par with the 2070 when running maximum graphics on gpu intensive games such as Battlefield V and Doom Eternal
