It works this way:
There are 4 battle types: earth, fire, water and mixed
Each time you win a battle type, that battle type (and only that battle type) will increas in difficulty (opponent titans get levels and/or artifact/skins)
Each day all the difficulty will be reset to the last checkpoint opened, that means all battles you won after the checkpoint are considered like never happened

I am about to upgrade the titan Defense seal artifact (square looking one) from 5000 to 9000. My choices are Hyperion (H) or Sigurd (S). So who do you recommend gets it please? My best titan team is Water with 4 Totems and 105 Level.

I'd do Hyperion. Reason being that a slightly weaker Sigurd still should be able to get a first shield up, but that being stronger won't make him survive long enough to cast his ultimate a second time (in most cases). Whereas Hyperion stays alive until the end of the fight and is one of the main sources of damage output.

I would like to have them go away too.
For me it looks like this. The game is nagging me to use all my items to powerup all artifacts I can, same goes with skills and what else.
But if I spread out artifact, if I spread heroes, the game will become much harder - right now I've worked hard to have easy tower, as instead of spreading heroes, I've focused on few, this keeps tower easy.
For what I can say, completing all red dots will not favor you.

yeah, it's better to play slowly. I started dungeons by just completing enough to get 75 titanite, to get one summoning sphere as a reward. This way I just got it balanced in a way that I could powerup titans that way, that they survive the fights easily.

what I understand tower is based on your heroes average power. So this means, if you spread out heroes -> average goes up and tower gets harder. But if you focus on powering up small team, and leave others to lvl 10 -> average will be lower and tower will be easier.

For your Fire/Earth battles, just have Araji + Ignis and Eden + Sylva, then beef up your Araji/Eden (especially their arti crowns). Heal them in mixed battles
You can do endless fights until later on when you start fighting 3 supertitans in the enemy team (then they kill your Tank too fast)

Hi. So in one case I was asked by a guild mate to use my GW attacks to open up the citadel. I didn’t see that message for a while because I was in the dungeon.

In another example my guild was having a lively discussion about a few heroes and tactics. I was enjoying it and following along. While playing in the dungeon it would have been convenient to have a button to access the chat so I could easily see the latest messages (and break up the tedium of playing the dungeon)

That’s why I’m hoping people will star my suggestion to add a chat button to the dungeon screen. It will only make the game better.

how does the dungeon work? What determines what kind of opponents you get in the dungeon? I don't have any water titans right now, as I did not get them from the tutorial. I've been grinding water SS from dungeon so far. But what will happen when I can summon water titans. My idea is to make them the most powerful titans I have, will the dungeon change then? I need water titan SS drops to make the water titans most invested so that I'll have them more likely in the summoning sphere.

if that's what you want you need to really stop using any sphere cause the spheres are already biased towards the first ones you got, you re never gonna catch up on spheres soulstones growth with early dungeon runs, and there it's mostly random, see formula in the picture (wiki source), basically you need to get lucky to get a ton of fire VS earth fights and manage to win them too (oh and btw you can open demon dolls for water soulstones hopefully)

Yeah, I stopped using spheres right away after the forced tutorial. Been grinding water SS from the dungeon. Just powered my fire and earth titans so, that I can clear dungeon 1-19 with them every day. Not gonna unlock new dungeon levels before I got water titan team ready.

And at the same time, with Raven account, i clear 4.000 lvls (82.000-86.000) and i also get 20 spheres. Dungeon only gives x2 rewards if it's a door you haven't gone through before-- if you died before the save point, it will bring you back to your last save point, and you have to go through the same doors as before (and it won't give you x2 rewards)

example: floor 1 to 10, save point is at 10. If you die at door 9, it will bring you back to door 1 next day
you won't get x2 rewards for doors 1 to 9 because you already did them

Hyperion does damage to more targets than Tenebris, who only does singular. However my weak Tenebris has helped in stage 7 of elemental tournament.

Going to have to disagree with what's been said, as I've never noticed any sort of bias with summoning spheres, in fact I often get light and dark titan soul stones and they're not even close to my main team and earth was my main team yet my first super titan drop was Araji (fire).

Best thing to do is to use those summoning spheres since that's the easiest way to unlock titans of the basic elements, apart from clearing dungeon levels. It really doesn't take that long to unlock the titans.

Other advice is solid. It's worth noting that regarding demon dolls, titan chests don't have a high drop rate so while you can get a few here and there over time, it's not a prime way of getting titan soul stones, which is summoning spheres, then dungeon.

One thing you definitely want to prioritize is getting absolute star on at least a few titans asap since as mentioned it opens up the titan merchant, which is the prime way you'll be getting titan potions to level them up.

I'd also recommend that while your main team should be the highest level, you still will need to level up other titans in order to complete floors reliably. What I do is maintain about a 10 level difference between my main team and others of basic elements (i.e. fire, water, earth); I don't level up light and dark titans unless one is on my main team since that'd require a lot more resources and it's good to have some titans at much lower levels for big titan events, as those have quests for levels and skin levels.

It's also important to keep in mind that dungeon difficulty for specific fights also depends on how many times you fight those specific teams so you'll want to vary which fights you do to keep difficulty more even. For example, if you do a lot more earth fights than fire, then earth fights will increase in difficulty at a higher rate than fire fights. This only applies to new fights so it won't affect you currently.

You can use the dungeon difficulty to you benefit too. For example the healing from water totem, to have it heal any meaningful amount, you need to powerup it, while you get that, it will destroy enemy titans very fast and combat will end fast. So killing those mixed teams always when possible, gets the combat to be little longer so you can heal your team with hyperion and w totem.

And the other person who replied to you was also only giving their personal experience. Point is that there's no documented evidence that summoning spheres are biased towards one's strongest element. The first two titan fragments are based on strongest element (excluding elemental summoning spheres), but that's it.

While a longer fight can mean more healing opportunities, the healing won't be enough if you're not healing more than the damage you're taking. Regarding the totem specifically, it takes a long time to significantly power up a totem so it will take quite some time to see returns like you're hoping. Just monitor how well each fight goes and if you're taking too much damage overall using your water team at every opportunity, pull back on it a bit to even out the difficulty.

Also, you don't want to run the dungeon as much as you can each time either since this will also result in difficulty increasing at a higher rate and being able to reliably gain titanite matters since it's the primary way you gain summoning spheres, which also contributes to how many everyone in your guild gets everyday. I typically stick with two floors, as it gets me 240 titanite with VF and only slightly increases the difficulty each time, which doesn't outpace my titan development.

Also, it's important to specify rearmost rather than backline because it's technically possible for a titan team to not include titans that fight in the backline, meaning that if a team's rearmost titans fight in the middle line, then it targets them.

Oh I see, I was just making sure that there was no miscommunication.
The sources that I use for this is the official drop rates page - it's a bit skewed, such as the Outland section which lists incorrect values (I think), but it does say there that the 3 titans with the most amount of soul stones get higher drop chances. Additionally, many people have put in their own input about the validity of these claims... right, that's why we researched it. For example, I have Moloch, Angus, and Sylva soul stones far more than any other titans in the game. It's been that way since the beginning, and many other people experience the same thing (usually with 3 different titans). So we have drop rates from Nexters and player experience. I think there's a very solid case to be made here, but you may think otherwise. Your choice

With baby acc, i got fire and earth. Seems impossible to have same kind lead for water team as I have on main acc.

My experience correlates with the previous information, that you most likely will get those titan ss what you have most of for three.

Yes, there are such listed drop rates, however that's been stated to be for mobile so there's nothing official stating any drop rates in general apply in whole or in part to FB/Web, which is what I mentioned in my previous comment. I originally forgot that this server doesn't differentiate between platforms like Hero Wars Central so didn't originally specify and it can make it a bit confusing at time when people are discussing a topic since many tend to forget to specify platform. It's also worth noting that for other aspects of the game regarding officially released drop rates for the game that many have reported differences between listed drop rates on FB/Web so it's indeed possible that drop rates can vary with platform.

That said, if you'd like more data, I'm happy to oblige and let data speak for itself. Any particular sample size and data format sufficient for you for this data? If nothing else, I'll just do 1000, which is significantly more than even the wiki does for drop rates for pretty much anything. And if this data turns out to support your claim, I'm happy to admit to being wrong since what matters is demonstrating whatever the facts are rather than any particular person being right.

It's Nature Season 2. All seasons have specific names and some focus on specific things. Nature seasons focus on titans, similar to how Elemental Season does. There are a total of 14 seasons currently. It's worth noting that Nature seasons also include an elemental summoning sphere each, however the golden ticket is required. Those seasons are the primary way to gain totem fragments outside of BLP from opening artifact spheres.

One other thing to note about seasons is while they do have a minimum level, you likely won't have to worry about that since you'll generally always be the level for the next season by the time you're done with your current, especially since they changed exp requirements a bit ago, significantly reducing them, particularly speeding up high levels.

Also, total numbers of soul stones cumulative from all sources, not just summoning spheres so even in instances in which that's case, that doesn't account for bias towards particular titans via focusing on getting soul stones for such titans from other sources such as dungeon or chests.

In any case, I'm not sure what's the issue with me collecting data regarding the matter, whether it proves or disproves what's been claimed. As I have noted, there are reports from numerous players regarding possible discrepancies between listed drop rates and what actually occurs so that alone warrants investigation into the matter by collecting data to show what's going on. I did buy Valkyrie's Favor for the first time right around the time I noticed this bug and I wasn't aware (at the time) that titans took damage when you used divination cards. Ofc it depends on the strength of your titans and totem, max titans can go forever, but if your Water titans are too strong compared to weak enemies then you'll never heal. And healing 3 strong Tanks vs. weak enemies can be hard to heal as well without killing the enemies too quickly

I dont know how much it heals, but i do know that first of all no matter how low Angus health is, his energy must be FULL after each and every fight. This way, you can ult him even before the fight starts, and he wont go to the front line. He will just keep pumping while out of the reach on enemy tanks. + since his health is lower than Sigurd, HE will receive Hyperions healing. And by the time he gets up and walks to the front line, the water totem will activate and Hyperion healed him already, so voila... He survives and can keep fighting 😉

And it is very rare drop.
But there is a really good offer to get 2 totems for less than 50 000 emeralds.
First totem you get by buying 9 times at altar of elementals with emeralds.
Second totem you get by continuing and spending 45k emeralds.

These two first totems are not random btw. Your strongest titan type affects the drops. If you want to build water titan team, power up them to become your strongest titans, then use 4500 gems on altar, and you get water totem. And continue to use another 45k, to get another water totem.

If you get another totem elsewhere, then you will lose your chance for determined titan drops.

Good manual play, like saving Nova's ultimate skill, can help. And saving ults if ulting isn't needed to finish off an enemy when a basic can do the same.
I dislike dungeon now though. Only 500 more levels for my frame tho. :D

Depends on how your titans are leveled. With Ravens maxed titans, i can basicly do endless Dungeon. The fights have their sequence, and after doing 60.000 i pretty much know them by heart. Zsofi titans are far from maxed, so i can do limited titanite with them and the sequences of the battles are different. You have to experience it for yourself. However i agree that timing Novas ult is important, and the other thing i would highlight is to always make sure, Angus has full energy after each fight.

I've dislike the dungeon from the start. It has the whole game content shown in 2 floors. Then it is just repat repat repeat. 🙂 It is a game developers shiny gem, how to create 'lot' of 'content' with minimum amount of work.

I level them up depending on how the dungeon go. If I've got problems with fire battles I focus a bit more on Araji+Ignis and so on
Sigurd is the main leveled titan, because the stronger he is, the easier is to use mixed battles to heal the others
For artifacts: First prioirity are Sigurd's crown and seal, I pretty ignore weapon. Second priority are Araji and Eden weapon, then crowns. Third priority are Araji, Hyperion and Eden Seal. Then Sylva seal. Then all the rests

Just reread more carefully about the mechanics how dungeon doors spawn, they have higher chance to spawn of the opposite type of your strongest titan type. I figured out that, that would mean, I need to powerup my earth up, to maximize the water doors.

Beware about digging the doungeon so much. Difficulty can scale up quicker than you can level up and you end hitting a wall and not being able to dig properly for weeks

This is starting to be quite interesting puzzle. As one thing why I was interested in doing more dungeons, is to get sig abs star, so I could start getting titan pots more, so that I could level titans more. But I get sig SS only from fire door, and I would not want to powerup fire titans much, as I want earth titans to be strongest team, so I would get more water doors to heal up more water titans. 🙂

It doesn't make difference. If I do it at the start of the run I don't have resources to do it at the end. Doing it immediately after the dungeon let me remember perfectly where I was having much difficulties
For the stars. Your goal is to have as much titans abs star as possible, even those you don't use at all. Once you have enough, every time you open spheres you get a lot of soul coins. I use them to collect an average 7-10k potions each day

Never choose the door for the soul stone. Choose the door to dig better. Your Sigurd will be abs start anywah and one or two weeks before won't change anything. Without spendin money I've got all my base titans (earth, fire and water) to abs star except EDEN

Totally not. In mixed battles nearly the same level. The rest my titans are some levels more... like 105 vs 100 or the like. If I remember to do it I'll take a screen shot for each battle type to show you the effective difference

Question about leveling titans for dungeon runs. I am in early stages, titans level 70. I have Hyperion and a 1-star water totem. My plan at this point is to tank with the st in the elemental rooms and heal the st in the mixed rooms. Should I bother investing in either Solaris or Tenebris? It seems they will give advantages only in GW or tourney of elements; I don't think I need them for the dungeon. In that case, I could focus my resources on Sigurd and the elemental st's.

Create a way to exchange titan potions into gold, titan skinstones or other items, maybe even emeralds. All my titans are lvl 120 and there is no use(at this time) for those potions, I can't even sell them for gold........

Dungeon is all about healing and avoiding damage. Healing is done by Hyperion and the water totem.
Avoiding damage by well developed tanks, Avalon's shield and the earth totem barrier.
Nova and Moloch can help a lot by interrupting opponent's ultimates with own well timed ultimates, especially against supertitans.
For the beginning, boost Hyperion and your tanks. Don't tank with ST's, use your tanks.
Haven't tried Iyari's healing or Mort's vampiric abilities, as this would reduce the water totem effectivity (takes longer to activate if your team contains less water titans).
In short: avoid damage and heal your tanks in the mixed battles as good as possible (but only one non-water tank at a time).

At your stage I wouldn't bother using light or dark titans in the dungeon, I don't use them at all there. As their tanks are placed behind Sigurd you can't even use them as cannonfodder to give Sigurd more time for regeneration. Light/Dark might be strong, but not helpful in the dungeon.

is this the place to ask questions about titans? I want to know if it is a better value to level up titan artifacts seals with gold or with emeralds. I thought i saw a chart that explained the rates between emeralds and gold, and between trophies and emeralds for totems somewhere, but i cannot find it. I'm pretty sure the rate between emeralds and gold change in respect to titan artifact seals and my math skills are too poor these days to be sure on my own.
