There are two really fast ways

Try to catch sharks

One shark is like 15k bells

The second and easier way is to catch big beetles

There are a lot in the island if you unlocked it

Any beetle that's not the default beetle will probably get you 8k

Also make sure to plant any new fruit you get

The apples Isabelle gives you for example

They give 5 times more money than cherries so having apple trees is fast money

Tortimer’s Island I collected Sharks and Rare Bugs + Horned Beetle and Golden Stag at 12,000 Bells Shark is 15,000 Bells and Whale Shark is 13,000 Bells so on Tortimer’s Island i get an Average of 275,000 to 350,000 Bells a day only at Night

i know each rare bug I collected is 8,000 Bells

So when i hit at 40 slots maximum i can go is 320,000 Bells

Ocean Sunfish is a different story at 4,000 Bells

so the range is now 160,000 to 350,000 Bells

ok so this is gonna be weird because this is a New Horizons server, but-- I'm having a problem with New Leaf lol.

It's about the in game clock

basically I tried to have NL on its own time because my 3ds' battery sometimes drains so hard it loses the current time

so when I started playing the system clock was set to 2014 or whatever the default year is, and I set the in game clock to the current time. a few days later I corrected the system clock...only for NL to advance to 2038. Is there a way to keep NL from using the system clock at all, or should I just make sure to keep my 3ds charged so it doesn't lose time

that's cool, two years ago (i think) i got a e+ card box (series 2) with some of the new villagers (and islanders) that they added for animal forest e+. you could scan them using a gba and a e+ reader to invite them over and on the gba itself, you could do minigames at the wishing well

You can save up gold to make gold furniture

Music boxes can be made from a certain seashell

There are a ton of shop upgrades

You can play a 3DS and a WiiU inside this game

(Love Animal Crossing Puzzle League myself)

And you get actual furniture for completing the game within a certain time (speedrunning)

I haven't even got started.
