I have yet to play city folk and I have not found her in New Horizons. There’s a pretty high chance she will be the first villager I’ve had in all AC games.

I genuinely hated this back when it was first uploaded, and still do to this day and it's a cornerstone of my core belief: "fan ideas for Animal Crossing games are invariably awful, adding features that overcomplicate things (like the bait shop in the video) or just feel kind annoyingly gimmicky (like the hot air balloons)"

also not a fan of how he's made the AC art style look in HD, it looks too smooth compared to NL/NH

will begrudgingly say the letter-writing feature is good, but it's the kind of thing that would have worked on the Wii U but not the Switch

ultimately don't think a Wii U AC was ever on the cards due to console AC always selling much worse than handheld AC, tho

To my knowledge villagers in Population Growing move out every 10 days. The game selects villagers who have less interaction with the player who was selected at the load screen. If you talk to Bob a lot and not too much to every single other villager in your town, he shouldnt move out. Visiting another town is the only thing that truely puts your favorites at risk.

I used to have snooty too. She moved out after 2 months. I ignored her alongside a few other villagers. If you did interact with her a lot in the past, it might be tough to get her to move.

Another thing I’m guessing is that maybe you have to talk to the villager at least once before they could move? I did this with Nate, and he was gone 10 days after he moved in.

in new leaf you can just meet up with friends and play minigames on the island! or you can challenge ur friends who catches more fishes or bugs or sea creatures with the timer against ur friends! u can also pull weed with friends tbh, or go shopping! you can try to get a perfect town, or full fill ur badges on ur profile, you can go to dream towns and see other people's style in their towns decorations, and you can also see your friends town, if they're offline :) you can try to fulfill your museum, or your catalog! do public work projects and stuff, do favors for villagers etc. and try to fulfill your encyclopedia! and you can also role play if you want, alone, and with friends, and you can try to make outfits and dress up

this is a problem i face sometimes too, usually it's beacuse the game reader slot is dusty or the game card is dusty, also be careful not to make fast movements with your Nintendo 3ds because it can i assume shake the card and it will count as removed

if you compare gamecube to nh dialogues and personalities you can literally see so less dialogue and lively talks

their talks list to only five things and thats it

gamecube villagers talked about lots of stuff way more than 5 things

gossip,whats happening,other villagers etc

this dialogue got a bit less with every ac game

until in nh its at its worst

even if you dont think the personalities havent changed

the dialogue certainly has, in a bad way
