It could use rugs and maybe white furniture instead of the natural brown. I agree with the clutter, maybe like a book beside the bed, socks on the floor, shoes by the door. You can also use design codes on the floor so if you find some for like spilled milk or even a shirt you can use that in the floor too.

Also, the ground is not a bathroom ground. It's made of wood, as wood do not stand well with water it's unusual, I would try to find a ground made of stone or something like the wall

The wall partition is one of the unlockable items that you can use freely in the homes there but needs to be crafted to use in the homes on our islands.
