Kind of like the retail in NL, except its not a building. It would be an animal (anything really) but he or she would walk around the island from 5 am to the next 5 am. basically you could give them any item (only one per time). your villagers can then go up to them and trade one of their items for the item that the npc has (the one you gave them) and so on. your villagers can do this for as long as they like (once per villager) and you can stop them at any time to get the item that she currently has. this is really random but i think its cool and a good substitute for a building

Wow, hmm.
A pirate ghost who appears in a storm, he buys sea creatures and fish (which only appear when raining) for 1.5x or 2x the cost of Nook's. He also can make 'stuffed creatures' if you do a quest for him. Quests can vary, along with the time frame. You could have a 'collect 3 scallops, 10 seaweed and 1 octopus' (for example) which may have to be done before he disappears, or long quests, for which you have until he next appears. This is like a sea creature equivalent of Flick and CJ, but the statues are harder, and possibly more fun, to obtain. It adds some content to the game, and of course quests may vary with the months (as there are different creatures and fish). He appears once or twice a month
