Final client of 2025: Yuka was there so I raced to Tybalt's home and asked if she can be roommates with him. Now they're here! They get their own abode upstairs and tweaked some of the training gym.

First job of the year: Raymond joins Sydney, another one of my first clients, as her roommate! Now their office is bigger and better!

The office is inspired by my mom's office, especially with the 2nd floor based on her office area alone. 2026 marks her 21st year in Aboitiz (which the title is named after).

Ground floor is a recreation of PuniMart while the 2nd floor is in the nighttime woodlands where they leisurely play rabbit fights. I also got a bit creative recreating Boog's original home for the exterior.

What’s the theme? Or did you go without one? I’m trying to figure out what I want to do with that plot but none of the folks buying have a theme that I think works

his theme is "where heroes are born" with the legend of zelda items, and in my mind i knew i was probably going to use the ruined items so since that plot had a bunch of ruined pillars in the background i went with it

this plot has so much sky in the background that in my imagination reminded me of a fantasy, 'castle in the sky' type of vibe, or the hyrule temple map from smash bros

there are other characters that use the ruined theme items and i think they'd go well in this plot too, like julian and ione's dreamy themes with a night sky, and klaus' roman temple theme (sorry for long text btw)

Pate opens an internet café for her birthday celebration! The ground floor design is based on numerous dilapidated but crowded internet cafés in my home city of Cebu and the name is a nod to the internet café brand that no longer exists today. While I barely visited Netopia, seeing tons of branches during my elementary days wanted me to travel back to the early 2010s.
