@rugged island they modded their island, it won't ruin your island or anything, you just go to their nooks' cranny, and they would give you 30 turnips to sell and Timmy and Tommy would say a random number in the negatives then when you got back to your island it would say in your bank account that you had 999,999,999 bells.

Yeah I can get you a video of the cliff trees. I can confirm both work in 1.11.1, the most recent version of the game, though. I tagged you in a video of the OOB glitch, it's the same one used to get onto the fourth tier, the person just used it to get onto a building.

There's been many OOBs, the common one used to be using your shovel on a cliff corner, this one utilizes the item "Unfinished Puzzle" and a ladder (there's instructions in the pins)

The shovel one may or may not still work, I haven't heard reports either way

With a big update on its way they are a high chance that the 4th tier and tree edging glitches could be patched. When these are patched, especially the 4th tier glitch, items could get stuck and unable to be removed. I suggest you remove these prior to the update. You can remove edged trees by using the cleanup service while standing next to the tree - however it will be deleted.

There's different windows of difficulty across all fish- typically it's easier to get horse mackerels more than rarer fish like marlin or tuna due to the spawn chance, your reaction time of initially pressing A, and the length of time which you have to mash the A button for

So you have to be prepared right when that initial splunk sound happens for the actual bite, and really mash your A button, @spice stream !

All construction kits do this, if you choose the preview option it'll show you which foliage it removes as well

It removed that one because trees can't be planted within 1 tile of a building

Not a glitch, fleas are just rare and difficult to see. Tip: if you talk to your villagers and they mention being itchy, hit them with a net, they have fleas. Here's their spawn info: https://catalogue.ac/i/633

To my first point, they're also rare/have a low spawn rate, and there's no way to change that

I don't doubt spawn glitches being a feasible thing but 99% of the time people just mistake rarity for a game bug

Have all 120 days been within their correct spawn period for your hemisphere?

I just did some looking and I
a) don't see any other reports of this being an issue and
b) see reports of people catching fleas, so you may just have some truly awful luck or aren't seeing said fleas. I would say keep trying, if it doesn't work and you find some instances of others experiencing this then we could definitely chalk it up to a potential bug (good thing we're getting an update soon if that's the case)

I’m sorry it’s been almost a year since I’ve played ACNH So I forget which ones are legitimately obtainable multiple times and which ones you can only get once

the only "farmable" one is the golden slingshot, as the golden balloon containing the DIY card for it will continue to appear as long as the character has never learned the recipe for the golden slingshot

the golden watering can is given by Isabelle straight to your nook phone and does not have a valid, tradeable DIY card

the golden axe is similar as mentioned above

the remaining golden DIYs have valid, tradeable cards, but can only be obtained once per player. that said, there's many reasons people come into duplicates of these, be it visiting hacked islands, getting it traded from someone else, or having multiple character profiles that all unlock the DIY

ok what i recommend personally is upgrading inventory, maybe buying bells or finding someone who is offering bells, using nookazon as a way to get any old items you want back (or flowers, fruits etc) then using the dupe glitch to dupe bells or items to get back like the amount u had or more

Dunno if this is know already. I haven't played seriously since October of last year. Checked in very infrequently — last time was last month.

A glitch with the DIY Sister/Jock houses made some variations of the house impossible to restore (as in, fix the house items through gifting) because the game asks for a pin board/key holder variation that does not exist. So when you try to gift the exact variation they had, the villager will not put it up.

Got roped back in by the incoming update — devs either fixed it or it's just completely random, but Mira, after basically the first month of release, finally put up the board again.

So yeah. I mean in the meantime she apparently yeeted everything on her tabletops for clothing but hey, at least you can fix it now. Apparently.

Too bad it's literally coming in on the tails of DLC that would let you just directly fix it anyways

Personally no I'm not sure (its in the pinned messages in the channel, and they're updated/kept updated regularly). It could be possible that while the glitch is patched, the table and such may still be glitched until you remove it and stuff, but again not too sure. I'm not too well versed with glitches

When doing the duping glitch, I've been trying to hit the power switch at the 3rd rotation, plus 1 dot (at about 1, if it were a clock). It's worked about half the time, but sometimes it's a bit finnicky.

you're fine. it's generally not advised you pick up things that could break your game, like bridge/incline kits or campsite kits, but if you just picked up normal things or sold turnips or whatever then you're fine.

But I would say to go for an expensive to sell item, and dupe that.

Since, with the Bell Boom Ordinance, you will be able to sell it for far more.

Though, at the same time, sell the dupes now anyway, top that off, then keep some more stashed away for when the next update hits.

Yeah, I don't believe it will affect update data.

Update data stores on game files. So deleting the game won't do anything, because redownloading a game will always download the latest update alongside it.

@rugged island it was this duping method a few months back where you could duplicate certain items (NMT, crowns, etc.) and that’s how I got a lot of bells and NMT. I don’t trade my stuff though because that’s unfair to the economy and other players. But I have 50mil bells and over 500 NMT from it but I have everything I need

This was also the same period when people exploited to get trees with the star fragments on them. I remember someone gave me one for free and I was so scared Nintendo would ban me that I chopped it down

Hi, i'm not sure if this ever happened to you guys but me and another person was trading nmts to bells and this person (let say The Client from now) grab half of the nmts and travel back to grab more bells. The Client wifi on the other side decided to stop working and we got a communication issue, resolving to the Client losing all of the nmts that they had grab. The both of us tried to find the missing nmts since they didnt appear back to my island or did they stuck in the Client's inventory.
