I 100% agree with phynx about the walls.
Here are more ideas if need be. Also if you decide that you want to add terraforming there are some of those too. The ones with the bridge recommend going higher if you want a bigger train(you could add the station on the side😉✨) . I know one has cars but I just wanted to add it .

You could continue the forest or have an orchard or have it be followed be a little island sort of thing, or a flower garden, playground, restaurants, makeshift town, large picnic spot, stargazing area. Hope this is helpful

I think ruins tend to have a sense of overgrowth and well ruin so maybe having a custom path that makes the path look broken, some statues, those big vine things(they are similar height to trees), maybe a little less uniformed. Those are just thoughts but if they helped I'm glad.

It really depends on what kinda stuff you gravitate toward so I would look up inspo to get a better idea of what you like. Well for the bridge it's just a higher piece of land. Terraform where you want the bridge to go and if it not already connected to higher place add stairs on both sides. Most of the other design rely on the custom design.

Cyberpunk tends to have a very cluttered look so I guess slight terraforming is needed to create that tall city feel. Lots of lights, play around with what type of lighting you'd prefer. And lots of city core items such as the poles.
