Hey there you seem to be struggling to find a design. I'm currently to busy to look right now so here's some alternative options for you.
Google: try Google images, you can search via image you have or on moblie use a app called Google lens to help find a source! Even using key words in relation to the design, like; <acnh cottagecore leaf stall>
Check discord channel pinned messages! There are some sources there and even a database of many designs you might be looking for.
You can even use the discord search option, there is a user here who finds the best designs. So please try using the search option and look from user TxtBook#7305 and use has images. So if you have some free time please scroll through their past posts!

You could ask the creator if you can remake their design? Most the time they have a grid version somewhere for those who don't have nintendo online. Or you can look at the image above the MO code. It isn't the best but it something. Most creators don't seem to gatekeep and as long as you credit them and such.

They probably made it to reflect their island like there is one out there. But you could probably make on of your island by using the ac pattern site in pinned messages and refining it in game

To make your own just trim the image to a square and the pattern making will try to shrink it but it can get very blurred so you might wanna clean it up in game as the ac pattern maker works off acnl

Since idk what you were super looking for I'll just leave this hear in hopes you see it later. For OW I super recommend using reddit and discord and searching the game name or characters since alot gets posted otherwise Google pulls a few good ones. I myself have a unhealthy obsession with D.va so selfish plug here kek. But you can even find cool computer screens for ingame. Even just using the ables kiosk ingame finds alot. And try twitter can be hard to work out tags but just try in different languages the game is popular in and you'll be all decked out in OW

If you change the design you have on a slot it will change everywhere you placed that slot, only stuff that doesn't change is face makeup, flags and phone cases
