@sharp tendon I dont think its possible, as the custom designs are meant to take one square design and plaster it all over the walls or floor. You could add custom design rugs and paintings for the two toned affect.

Ok so I did some sleuthing and from a post on reddit, it seems that the pineapple pattern is part of the pattern set that you unlock from sable from talking to her all the time (so no code, just sable patterns).
