Using QR Codes
QR codes are the static-like square codes.
Requirements:

  How to use:
• Go into the NSO app and click Animal Crossing
• Follow the instructions for how to set it up in your game and reopen the NSO app

No, you just press Y to cover them up. I’m regards to custom paths:

Might be a late reply but after scanning the QR codes on your nintendo app, open your nook phone and go to Custom Designs.
