Idk if you have sth similar but i used ProntoLind as desinfectant for my piercings here in germany and it was great

i got them done by a professional months ago and never changed the piercing out so

My piercer recommended it and it was the first piercing not getting infected and rejecting all the time after i started using this. Only infected one time but i also accidentally touched it

Not really. Clean them with a q tip (Paper cut it diagonally so you can get every where) and desinfectant first then iodine creme on it with it

Also Twist it around a bit with clean Fingers from time to time

I got my first 4 as a kid actually. 2 with 6 other 2 on one ear with 9 and the Helix on top with 16. Redid one of the lower ones though and turned one into a tunnel myself
