• it's definitely bigger (switch 2)
• my brother's friend struggles to connect the controllers to the switch, the switch 2 has magnetic controllers so it doesn't have that "snap-in glitch" or whatever you'd like to call it
• Some games definitely look better with it. However with acnh I can't tell much of a different unlike some people can
• I believe theres more features

They seem very socialized and eager to interact. They keep looking at you and seem like they want out of the cage to climb on ya. They could make amazing ambassador animals at a sanctuary of sorts where they may be able to socialize with keepers and visitors. I doubt they could be returned to the wild for uhh very apparent reasons. It seems like the previous owner may have took good care of them, which is good, and I feel for whatever sadness they may have had at having them taken, but it is ultimately for the best for sure.

I don't know much about sugar gliders personally but I've seen people in other places where it's legal have them as pets, and they are genuinely like the most rambunctious critters ever who seem to LIVE on human contact once they're socialized like that.
No animal is the same in their personality but some seem similar to pet squirrels where they seek human contact readily if they've been imprinted on, but pet squirrels are more protective and singular in their preferences for who is their person. Sugar gliders seem like they're just happy to be alive, if they've imprinted on humans

They will gladly run and jump around on any person as their jungle gym if you let them, assuming they're accustomed to people

Not necessarily, it just means it isn't illegal. I'm not sure what the status on sugar gliders is, but I think the common one from Australia is least concern. Doesn't mean they should necessarily be peddled though. They're nocturnal and arboreal and so they climb all over the place, and they are VERY tiny and from what I've seen, some people like to let their pet gliders free roam a little, so they're at risk of potentially escaping or accidentally getting hurt if they go someplace they shouldn't. They're definitely an extremely high maintenance animal. If anything I'd be more concerned about a person purchasing one and indirectly causing it harm by not being fully aware of its needs. I don't really think they should be sold as pets, but unfortunately it will happen, and in the case here where they're considered a wild animal, they should still go to a good sanctuary regardless I think c: ambassador animals also educate the public on why not to keep exotic animals illegally, or at all, and can demonstrate how it harms the animal, the environment, etc, which is good.

I live in a state that also has extremely stingy exotic/wild animal laws due to uhhh a very famous and uhh insane incident that happened in the early 2000s
And while younger me would have loved to keep something cool in my house, it's for the best ultimately that uhh we don't have, like. Tigers. Or wolves. Readily up for grabs like the state used to
