And then I also just closed my eyes yesterday listening to music for a half hour or so because I had a migraine spike but also idk why yesterday I’m ngl brooo my tism’ twin…. I felt like I was overstimulated. I think sometimes it feels like my ASD amplifies the number of thoughts being produced and my senses felt like they were past the scale of 1-10 maybe an 11 cause that’s a figure of expression.
