I'll tell you how - because as much as people in my childhood (and to an extent now) tried to tear me down and tell me I would have no future or life being so positive - I ignore them, because I take each day with a smile on my face and look for the good in daily life.

Of course I sometimes feel sad/other emotions too, I accept that - but I try not to let it weigh me down - happy music always comforts me
