Is it like you bring all the emotions in one extreme? Like for example, you receive good news, and you overreact jumping, laughing, or when something makes you mad, you start beating objects like pillows or walls

It's manageable for me but it's debilitating at times :/

Not really. Not for me anyways. But the emotions are felt more than the normal person. So happiness feels euphoric while sadness feels like overwhelming depression.

I'm on meds for it but it still effects me a lot.

I stopped taking my medication for ADHD a few years back, it did more harm than good and I felt miserable on it. Doc said it's best to get off :)
