I tried to catch with a net but my peep collapsed.

scorpions (and also tarantulas) get spooked easily and will attack you, so if you see them going into attack position stop moving

you can hold your net up and sneak up on them when they're not in attack position, or try to time catching them when they're running at you

There’s really no tip on trying to get a Giant Trevally and Mahi Mahi. Just throw fish bait, fish on the very large shadow and hope it’s not a Sea Bass

If you are fishing at certain hours basically all the other fish sizes will be worthless

Dont fish at Barreleye times. That way you can just repeatedly throw down fish bait till you get those very large shadows

When you are at the beginning of the game (you currently have 2 villagers), it's the only moment you can invite villagers without needing a plot first.
After that you always need a plot even for them to appear on mystery islands.

Yes, you just have to close the game for the change to register, and yes, you can go back without any concequenced, except that your turnips will rot from any amount of backwards time traveling.

Its how you farm gulliver. If you complete a gulliver quest on day B which would normally give you stuff on day C but go to day A you wont get anything until day B's 5am

So you complete day B, skip to day c, and you can go back to A

Post about it in #flower-plants-trade. When you make a deal with someone, add them as best friends when they arrive on your island so that they are able to plant the trees it is required for full-grown trees even if you don't use a shovel when planting.

Not as far as I know, but in case it helps, it's basically just changing your Switch's clock in order to for example speed things up and skip forward in-game, as the game's time is based on your Switch's clock

I think it overall depends on the decor of your island but I think you can stop construction of the incline if you don’t want the brick one

It depends on your tastes, really. But like Avery said, you can cancel the incline by talking to Tom Nook, you'll lose all the bells you've donated this far but it's still faster and cheaper than demolishing it later.

Not really. But if you give them something else that replaces it or remodel their house to remove the placed clothing, it enters their inventory and can wear it

Can someone please help me? I am trying to link my seven other profiles to my main switch account but I've been having no luck. I'm being told that I cannot link a nintendo account that is already in use for the console. I don't remember having this issue before. My switch was replaced from repair, so I'm trying to relink my profiles. If I use another email, I cannot redownload acnh because then I would have to pay for the game again for each console. Do I just delete every pre-existing profile excluding my main and start anew? I cannot access my other houses anyway so I don't think deleting the other profiles would be an issue

Yea, I do so by just making an extra "user" on the same switch. You don't need 8 Nintendo accounts, but if you make separate users on your switch, then they have access to the games as well and for acnh specifically, they'll appear on the same island

I have that already done, but assuming because my switch was replaced, the accounts can no longer be accessed for some reason without me having to log back in with accounts that have not been made for each profile. I just tried making a new profile without a ninten account but I was given the same popup, "I need to link an account" or something

You would have to probably log in from a phone/computer onto your Nintendo account and delink the accounts so you can set up on the new switch.

I'm not sure if they did this to yours, but if you sent it off to Nintendo to repair, if they can't repair it, they just replace the part entirely

Basically what happened was I transferred all data to one other switch and sent my acnh data back to my main, but now, assuming because of the replaced console, I am having issues with logging in and linking accounts and whatnot

Just resolved the issue! The problem was that my eshop account was registered under two switches at once. You get the island designer app the day after you reach 3 stars. Terraforming expansion and most of the paths have to be redeemed with miles

Mainly Nook's Cranny and Nook Shopping daily selection, alongside trading with other players if you have the online subscription, and the Happy Home Paradise shop and Wardell's catalogue if you have the DLC. and don't worry, this is the question channel for a reason. Lol

Of course balloons and Wisp etc. can also give you new furniture, but those are quite minor gains compared to what I listed above

none have moved out in over 2 weeks, none of my villagers have a thought bubble today.. like none. I've had a few thought bubbles but all about gifts but other than that barely any

Yeah, the moveout bubbles are more based on things such as cooldowns from last bubbles and random chance rather than friendship for example

Okay, you have the highest chance of bubbles then. AFAIK it's sadly pretty much just up to random chance then in case you want, you can try the time travel method below to get bubbles, it's quite reliable.
