you can't switch you always need another device to "host" the island while you transfer one to another switch

so you can't do A to B and B to A you need to do B to C; A to B then C to A

villagers craft 3 times a day (3h at a time) so and you get one bottle per day on your island.
Depending on you villager types and luck you can get them fast or not.
Also food recipes are only a thing after you reached 3 stars and have redeemed the Be a chef diy with miles.
Some recipes are from achievements or inspiration so keep that in mind (like the trash diys for example)
Some recipes can only be found on certain seasons from balloons as well

my advice is just to play the game how you wish, and don't forget if you have an online subscription you can trade !

To get rid of the 4 power fruits, instead of sitting on a toilet if you don't have one, or restarting the game, you can use them by digging trees and planting them back. Then you're back to normal without any incidents

Basically it's a bunch of stuff that all has to be happening at the same time. Also the word "Trade" is a bit misleading as it is just a one directional thing.

1. The sender needs to have the villager "in boxes". This means that part of moving out where they're all packed up in their house. (the day before the villager is gone)
2. The recipient needs an available plot
3. The recipient goes to the sender's island and talks to the villager and the villager agrees to move in

But remember all of those things are VERY time sensitive so timing is important

The nook inc shirt is probably an item that was gifted to her, and she just happens to be wearing it right after you talked to Isabelle?

The only possible answer I can think of is that when I updated animal crossing which had a rather large update file my save didn't get included on the transfer and possibly got corrupted so the game just wide that data and started again fresh

So the way it works: I call an Amiibo villager. They show up at the campsite immediately. I do a task for them. I then repeat this for 2 more days (3 days total) and on the third they'll say "Wow what a great place to live I think I'll move in" and you can either accept it and they move in or choose a villager to kick out so they move in. At no point in that process could somebody else who is NOT you, come and claim them

Because remember you cannot claim somebody else's campsite villager, and until they move in that's all they are is a campsite villager

Usually when there's a player without an account assigned to them, the game just asks you to assign an account to them the next time you open the game IIRC, so that wouldn't work. You also can't delete the resident rep player from the island without deleteing the whole island with them, so I'm quite confident that the representative role cannot be transferred to another player in any way.

Yes, they can wear hats and accessories! They can also wear dress-up items (if it is an item that’s typically pants, it just turns into a dress).

The only items I think they definitely won’t wear are bottoms and socks/shoes.

i believe the clutter feedback may also have to do with placed items. afaik furniture is graded upon 8x8 blocks, and if 45 or more of those tiles are covered by furniture, it’s considered cluttered.

If you rolled to get a rare island

1. rare island types that you have visited more than another rare island type are removed from the pool
2. a random rare island type is picked uniformly at random from the remaining pool
   if the date that the rare island type has never happened since you created your character (as measured by current game time), you cannot go to that rare island, and instead roll for a normal island as follows:
   if you have good belongings fortune, you get OneRoom

Yep just visit the client and ask to renovate their house to change the location
To update their image, you can just visit them, take a new picture, and the new image will get suggested to be used as the client's image in the top right which you can access by clicking + iirc
(might be to the left or bound to another button, I do not have the DLC so I don't really remember lol)

If you choose to use as flooring, it'll replace it in its entirety which is not what we want

money will prob help you more. it'll be rare that you get a DIY for gold furniture, and you won't be crafting golden materials for a v v long time anyway. selling them for NMT will prob help you out right now. plus, you can always get golden nugs again in the future pretty easily from rocks or via trading^_^
