it’s possible, yes. it can take a few days if your move-in queue is empty (if you haven’t visited other people’s islands) but it could be as early as tomorrow.

if you don’t mind time traveling, you can make sure to keep your switch clock within the day you have an empty plot every time you open the game until you find a villager, too

yeah. if you stay between 5am-4:59am on that day, the plot will stay open. and that’s only when you open the game as well, so if you have to close out and stop playing, just make sure to change the clock back before you open it again

Use the fences nook gave you to build up some small areas in the different grid squares. Fill with vegetables or flowers. Use any relevant outdoor furniture DIYs you have.... Fire pit with some stools or log benches. If youve bought some furniture with nook miles use that as well.

Ants spawn at spoiled turnips, they are quite common, but they do need some room in a diggable area to spawn. Flies are more rare, I've had them spawning on tires, boots and cans. If you want to cheese getting one to spawn, you can drop some of those items 5-10 tiles away from your home, and keep entering and coming out of the house until a fly spawns on one of the dropped items.

Yeah, I've never done it myself, so I don't know if it instantly puts you into decoration mode when you relocate - but if it doesn't, you can visit the villager, talk to them, say "let's talk remodeling" and you can edit the yard and interior :)

Make sure you request the exact song title next time; the request box is case-sensitive, so a missing point or lowercase letter instead of uppercase could make KK play one of his "unknown request" songs, which cannot be obtained as a track you can put in a player

They are considered to be some of the rarest items in the game as you have to build up your friendship with a villager to get them, and even then there's only a pretty low chance of actually getting one.

Phone not in airplane mode = on the target island, a player is in the middle of a dialogue/pop-up, which stops you from flying in. When this happens, press the try again a couple of times and you'll usually get through :)

The same rules about where trees can grow also apply to planting full-grown trees, so you can't have an adult tree in a spot where a sapling wouldn't grow. And fruit will always regrow on trees 😗

Hello, I wanted to start a new island but in the same switch I already have an island. The thing is, I don't want to delete my island data but I want to play the game from the beginning on the same switch. Now, I wanted to ask the following: if I have my island savefile on the NSO cloud, then disable backup and then start from 0, what will happen to my previous island? Will it be there as long as the backup is not modified? Will I have 2 islands that way?

1. Play the stalk market: buy turnips at a low price and sell them high.
2. Dive and catch sea creatures to sell back to Nook's Cranny.
3. Grow stuff (fruits, flowers, pumpkins, etc) and sell to Nook's Cranny.
4. If you have a NSO (Nintendo Switch Online), trade with other players by visiting #721542917264638002 and seeing where to sell your services or goods!

it depends. if there’s villagers in your move-in queue (‘voided’ villagers from islands you’ve visited), it can be the very next day. if nobody’s in the queue, it can take a few days.

You have to visit them in game for them to show up on your in game friends list

Idk if anyone will have an answer to this question but here goes: so to make a long story short when I first got the game everything worked so different from previous games that I felt overwhelmed so my brother offered to take over and get things started for me. Anyway once he got Able Sisters he also got access to other people’s designs via codes as you do. But for some reason it only works for him and not my character. Anyone know why this is?
