cast master only affects if a fish sees the bobber and you real early, that's a miss, letting the fish go after a bite is also a miss

You MUST have an unsold, empty plot available to invite a villager from another player's island, or to find villagers on mystery islands (and you can only invite one villager from a mystery island per day). A villager in boxes, or a house with the "I moved out" sign is NOT an empty plot.

Can you expand home interiors on your island for villagers after unlocking home remodels?

Talk to them until they want to move in. If they choose the wrong villager to kick out, reset the game and try again. So if she's your campsite villager, you'll have to pester her to move in and she'll tell you who will move out for her.

It depends on the friendship levels you have with your villagers. High friendship will give you a birthday item in return and lower will give you a random furniture/clothing

Resellers will sell individual cards on places like eBay, and prices will change from them depending on the popularity of the villagers. But they all come from blind bags which contain 3 (or 6 if you're in the US) random cards at a set price depending which store you buy from (try googling where to buy them as it will vary for each region), one of which will be a special character and the rest will be villagers you can invite onto your island

You must invite an Amiibo villager and craft them their requested item 3 times in order for them to agree to move in. It doesn't need to be 3 consecutive days, just 3 days total.

• What if I have an open plot?
Amiibos still need to be invited 3 separate times, even if you have an empty plot.

• Can I choose who the Amiibo villager kicks out?

So for Non-villager NPCs, you're unable to invite them to the campsite, but there are other places you can use the amiibo:

Harvey's Island - You can summon them in the photo studio to stage photo's with them and other NPCs (so long as you have their amiibo) - this'll unlock their poster on your Nook Shopping app

The Roost - When its unlocked, you're able to invite villagers to The Roost for a coffee and you can sit with them

Happy Home Paradise - If you've bought the DLC for the game, you'll (eventually) unlock the ability to invite the special NPCs and make them a vacation home, doing so will have you be sent their in game photograph

If you're not sure its best to put the "unsure, rain or heavy rain" option. I've usually found the clouds are a darker grey and there's lots more rain compared to normal rain

Yes iirc, it’s best to try and find a villager the day you can an empty plot. You can time travel to stay within that day if you need extra time

The only thing that will happen is if you have any turnips they will spoil, a lot of weeds will grow, and your house will get roaches (the last two shouldn’t apply if you have the beautiful ordinance in affect)

What worked for me is place a lot of flowers, and with that I mean a lot lot!

Just go to the nooklings, buy roughly 50-80 flowers. Place them on your island and wait until they're fully grown😊

You can gain someone on your friends list by adding their switch code (and them adding yours) and then either visiting their island or them visiting yours and you’ll see them pop up in your friends menu and you can either best friend them or just keep them on your friends list as a regular friend
