I don’t think so, so you’d have to make a custom building sadly. I’d personally use two wide-display stands for the main structure, and cover half of it with simple panels (with custom designs on them) to create the part without a window

They will come, but you need to set up houses for them. Eventually you will reach a point where Tom Nook will ask you to build and furnish their homes, so keep doing what he asks you to do and you will get there eventually.

So if today someone's thinking of moving, you say yes, change a day ahead they'll be in boxes, save and change it back and they'll be gone.

It is - keep in mind that it is a rare creature so it'll be hard to find. You can recognize it from large bubbles and large shadow size, and from its speed as it is very fast. I'm sure you'll find one if you keep looking, I recently got 6 of them in maybe 4 hours before I found a spider crab (had TT'd to march) 😅 so they are very much catchable. Good luck!

I just started my second island and did my first NMT - it's been a while since I did this quest the first time but I talked to Patty and invited her to the island and now I have the quest to put down my three houses (I just placed my bridge). I know there are conditions which prompt them to auto fill so I have two questions: 1) will Patty still be on my island, even though i invited her before starting this quest? 2) Can I prolong this quest so I can take my time finding villagers I actually like? At what point will I have progressed too far and it will auto fill?

1. Yes she will!
2. As long as you do not complete the furnishings for the plots, you can spend as much time as you want grinding for NMT and searching for the perfect villager. Do be aware these three plots are personality locked, so you will only encounter lazy and normal villagers at this point (Patty took your peppy villager spot)

It’s gifted simply if you got the villager from another person
It has no affect if you never gave them any items really, and no you cannot check if they are already in boxes.

anything you give to a villager will make them gifted, generally people gift villagers to increase their friendship points. you can check their house, if there are any items in there that isn't apart of their default home or what they're wearing, if there's something off then it's safe to say they're gifted

Hyacinths that come from Red seeds and White seeds bred together have a 50% chance of producing pinks, whereas two pinks bred together have a 25% chance, so either works

No you (and any other human players) don't count towards the 10. You can actually just go buy the plot from Tom Nook now, place it down, then talk to the camper again and they should agree to move in. If you wait until tomorrow they will leave.

So villagers won't ever ask to move out if you've never talked to them. You need to have talked to them at least once since they moved to your island before they're able to ask to move out. Furthermore, if he's the most recent to move in, he'll never ask to move out, unless someone moves in after he has, he'd be only able to be moved out via the campsite, whether that be a natural visitor or with amiibo

Oh if you already initiated a move-out, it's typically not recommended you tt backwards until your new villager has moved in. For the most part all that should happen is the move-out process progresses by one day (so if they're currently in boxes, tt back should give you an empty plot) but again, we don't recommend it because there's always a risk of plot autofill if something goes wrong.

Since you time traveled forward a bunch, mail does accumulate over that time. You might also have a lot of weeds, and your villagers might be sad about you not talking to them if you aren’t talking to them. However that isn’t something that affects friendship

Another way to move out a villager is to get a random campsite visitor, and reset until they want to replace the villager you want off your island. But it's weird that you weren't able to find bubbles. Not sure what's up with that

Because when you have less than 10 villagers, any campsite visitor whether they be an amiibo villager or a natural campsite villager, you are required to build them a plot for them to move in, its the way the game was coded unfortunately

If you're moving villagers in with the campsite yes. You can keep it at 8, and just find villagers from mystery islands/adopt from other players when one of the 8 plots empties on your island

Are the first 3 villagers limited to specific ones? I know they have specific types but I've done like 15-20 NMTs now and I've had the same villagers show up 2+ times (Boomer, Skye, and Clay).

.t islandrng this site doesn't take into account the limited personality groups of the first few villagers, but it gives a rough idea of the full odds. getting repeats isn't too unlikely even with the full pool

it won't guarantee anything, but when the game does do the RNG for moveouts it's more likely to be on the villagers with lower friendship. you could also interpret this as just trying to raise the friendship of villagers you'd like to stay

Nothing is wrong with it, spawn rates are fairly low for flies iirc so you just need to keep checking every now and then until you see one
