You can try to find them by going into your profile > add friend > search for users you played with, but if you really can't figure out who they are you'll just have to let the mod that's talking to you know and they'll do their best with what you give them.

if it's to do with in-game things though, usually a discord handle is enough as they will approach the other party about the incident for fairness reasons.

Ok perfect, wanted to grow multiple size of trees, but the fruit sapling could have been considered by currently growing tree, so I was a bit scared

stage 1 fruit saplings always block, which is why they're used to stunt tree growth. it'll prevent both the regular tree and the fruit tree from growing when placed in one of the 8 adjacent squares to the tree you're trying to block.

brewster achievement, stretching achievement - these check a daily flag (different from the item reward ones) and increment immediately
brewster item, stretching item - these check a daily flag (different from achievement ones) and increment, during grow up the next day
all of those daily flags are reset on backwards tt

so the achievement will increment but not the rewards counter.

That isn’t how cloning works, if flowers are adjacent they will breed, and while there is a decent chance that the offspring is the same color, it could be a different one. To properly clone them you need to make sure they aren’t adjacent (touching) to other flowers and water them like normal

With this you can tie in another method. they can make reds, and some of those reds may be able to make blue, but it isn’t guaranteed. you can do the same with the oranges and blacks that result too, put them in their own layout and see if you got lucky

Ungifted villagers tend to be preferred, but gifted status makes no difference in the way they act on your island/how they talk to you/etc. It only affects how their house looks and what they wear. You wouldn't be able to know unless you can physically see that the villager is wearing something or displaying something that isn't within their default home interior or wardrobe.

It just doesn't often need to get brought up when people are trying to move out villager that they've barely spoken to, which is usually the case.

All but the newest can ask, and others under certain specific circumstances (i.e., they were the last person you said "no, don't move out" to, their house is currently being relocated, their birthday is in the next week, etc.). How long it takes to get to max friendship is entirely dependent on how much you talk to them, gift them, complete their quests, etc.

Hiii! I’m currently doing a big project on my island. I have 12 total houses and im hoping to make a neighborhood out of them with 2 cliffs. Ramps to each cliff in the middle. 3 houses on each side of the ramp. Could anyone help me figure out how much space I would need on each side of the ramp? you can also hide DIY crafted items like the hay bale and hide it onthe dark side of your cliffs, it counts towards total items but you can't see it. that is where i've hidden a lot of stuff

like jade said, we basically don’t know, but I think a potential theory is that they made it as a feature for people who got the game around release due to how quickly they were removed. Like if you had gotten the game early, you wouldn’t need to go through the trouble of doing longer methods to get the most complicated colors of each type (most of the flowers there had genotypes to where they were able to create that last flower in one step, as opposed to having to breed them a different way. for example the purple mums that were found there are not the same as the ones you get from seed whites, with the rare ones being able to make green at a 25% chance)
