That's random because it's from move in queue which is villagers who got voided from other players. If you play online with others, there's a chance you will get their voided villagers. If you never play online, your MIQ is empty

So I planted 1 gyroid fragment yesterday, watered it, dug it up this morning. But there were 3 other gyroids buried on my.island, i didn't know they could spawn like that?

The aim of the DLC is to create homes for every villager in the game, so removing them is not necessary. You can place homes on top of other homes, there's 'unlimited' slots
