No, tomorrow the house will be replaced by an empty plot, that's when you can search for a replacement villager - Note that after one day, the empty plot is likely to be auto-filled by the game

No, the archipelago is more or less a completely separate entity from your home island. You can invite villagers from your home island to the archipelago with souvenir chocolates to build them a vacation home, but they would still remain on your home island. Likewise, the villagers you encounter on the archipelago are just there for you to build vacation homes for -- you cannot invite them to live on your island from the archipelago.

Oh, I mean when you build your villagers a vacation home, the "copy" of them that exists on the archipelago stays. I don't believe they have special dialogue relating to having lived on your island, but you could still see them there if you moved them out of your home island.

• Accessories: can be replaced by gifting them 24 'non-glasses' accessories (Villagers won't wear these, e.g. bubblegum)
• Caps (not helmets): Caps in the game are tagged either as free or womanly. Male villagers will only use caps tagged as free and gifting them 24 womanly caps will replace other caps from their storage. Since female villagers can use both types of caps, the only way to remove them is when they approach you to sell/gift/trade in the item. This is more of a technical question, but if I get a new switch, and transfer my nintendo account info to the new one, will I still have my old island on the old switch, or will that automatically move over too? I'd like to start a new island on the new one and keep the old one intact still if thats possible somehow

your current island will remain where it is unless you purposely transfer it. a new one will automatically start when you boot up the game on the new one. if you plan on buying the dlc i recommend only downloading it on one switch or using a different nintendo account on each one - otherwise you’ll be good to go.

as long as you don't cross 5 AM (either direction), the day won't change. though you do have to close the game when time traveling, it seems to have its own clock and only checks the console time when you start up the game

There's no way the method doesn't work, because all it does is speed up the natural move-out process. Said move-out process is also largely dependent on RNG, so you're just rolling a dice waiting for your desired outcome... but faster. What you described, time traveling one day at a time, is a bare-bones version of Yue's method.

And well now im stuck with no stones on my island, no miles for The tickets and gotta wait full days to get some more... Im at the point where i need to gather 30 iron and only got 10 spare ones in 3 days...

@outer venture ahhh yeah you hit the stones without the fruit in your system and you get 7-8 hits per, a couple of which are usually iron nuggets 🙂

if you have Nook Miles Tickets you can visit mystery islands, their rocks have a higher drop rate of iron

There’s nothing really official you could use except checking out nookazon rates, or even checking the villager trade chats here to see what they’re going for. People make their own prices up so there’s not a “guide” or anything for people to use

Is there anything that can prevent a villager scanned in via amiibo & that one has completed the 3 diys for from being able to move in? Like the villager says there is no free plot but also doesn't give the option to pick someone to replace

You need a plot if you have less than 10 animal villagers

they only ask to replace some if your island is full
