Long answer: Planting 10,000 ~ 90,000 gives you a 70% chance of getting 30k back and a 30% chance of getting 3x what you planted back. For 10,000 those are the same number, so it is the most efficient bet longterm

Save and close then try to tt just 15 days at 12:30 pm look for bubble don’t talk to anyone no bubble close the game then tt 1 day forward. If you unlocked kk avoid saturdays

It seems you're asking a couple different things here, I'll try to answer everything you're curious about.

• Villagers can only receive gifts at friendship level 2 or higher, so new residents may need a few days of just normal chat before you get the gift dialogue.
• Villagers who are sitting/fishing can't receive gifts -- sometimes you can make them stand up by hitting them with a net but they won't always do it iirc.
• Villagers don't wear pants, they can only wear shirts, dress-up items, and some hats/accessories. They also don't wear shoes, helmets or bags.
• Villagers won't always wear the clothing you give them, it's hit or miss but they tend to wear items that suit their favorite colors + styles.

Should I restart my island?
When restarting, you will lose all of your DIYs and catalog. The start of the game is very tedious and people tend to forget this when resetting.
It is easier to remove everything and flatten your island.
Restart only if you don't like the position of your RS, airport, river ends, northern beach, etc.

Nintendo decreased the spawn rate of tarantulas significantly on NMT islands that are NOT tarantula islands. You might just have to be more patient. Did you remove all flowers and rocks as well?

• Too many waterfalls

To move your house, it needs to be a building not a tent and have Resident Services upgraded and the guide that kcasey linked, will have what you are missing to unlock that

Ive been told moving a house is much more expensive then the tent. i don't want to make it a house first

Well, you can't move it as a tent and it will just cost 30k when it's upgraded.

Make sure you have all of these done and be the island representative and talk to Tom Nook: pay your Nook Miles debt, give 5 critters to Tom Nook, build Blather’s tent, build the first bridge, build Nook’s Cranny and complete furnishing the 3 plots.

And the upgraded doesn't happen right away, first Tom Nook will announce it first automatically
