This is true, I know. You can put dresses on any character especially when on Harvey's Island or when you give them a clothing items already made in game.
However, when a villager "chooses" a custom themselves from ables wall I've noticed that none of my male type villagers wear the dresses. Only the female types.

I’ve done the time travel method to try to get rid of the last villager I want to replace, and I’ve gone 10 months, one day at a time after the 1 month travel ahead. They aren’t the last one to move in, it’s not by her birthday, I’ve talked with her more twice in the past, and I don’t believe that they’ve been the last one to ask to move out that I said no to. Should I talk to another villager who is asking to move out and make sure, or am I just having horrible RNG. The villager in question did have a thought bubble once during the time travelling, but they just asked to do a treasure hunt.

It could just be awful rng (you are not the only one who's typed up that exact scenario and come here for help, surprisingly) -- but it's always worth it to exhaust your options. be extra sure they aren't the last one you said no to, then keep chugging along with your preferred eviction method.

Unfortunately we probably can't help with that due to it not being a game-related question. Nintendo's website is super helpful though, so I would start there then migrate to their customer help and/or forum help for further clarification. Some folks here might have experience but imo it's better to be safe than sorry and check official sources

I apologize if this is a silly question, but I thought the desert Islands were supposed to give you access to different kinds of fruit. But my island has pears and so do all of them. (The pears are the original fruit. I got oranges from "Mom" and coconuts from the desert islands. But otherwise I'm just stuck with pears?)

• What is my "sister fruit"? - This is the fruit that you find on a mystery island called "rare fruit island". This fruit can be sold for more than the native fruit at Nooks Cranny.

• What fruit does my Mom give? - Your mom will mail you a fruit. This can either be a new fruit that you have not obtained yet or a random one.

• How do I get the rest of the fruits? - You will only be able to obtain 2-3 fruits by yourself. To get the rest of the fruits you need to trade with other people. This can be done with your friends or with people in #fruit-vegetable-trade! (You will need the Trade role, which can be obtained in #721542917264638002.)

Definitely! A flower will clone itself if it has no breading partner in the 8 tiles around itself, so depending on how many players watered it it'll only clone itself and not breed other colors, the chance starts around 12 5% chance I believe if only one player waters it?
But at least you can be certain that if that flower has offspring, it will always be the exact same color and won't be something unwanted. I don't have the exact chances of reproducing depending on the number of different people that watered a flower rn but a guide exists somewhere lol

@brave widget Thanks. Yeah, I've been playing around with that a bit. The method I've been using produces 1010 and 1110 red roses. I know there are other methods where you can end up with two purple roses, and there's an easy way to test them by seeing what they produce when bred with a certain rose. But, there doesn't seem to be anything like that for these red roses. I think I'll just buy one like @tender spruce suggested, thank you both.

the odds of a flower reproducing are a base 5% chance assuming no built up watering counter nor visitor bonus, the 1.56% for a blue rose (which is only for some red roses, some are higher) comes after it successfully rolls for reproduction. if you're cloning then it'll just be 100% the exact same flower which it originally came from, though you'd need to have the blue rose in the first place haha

A very normal looking villager with a house fitting a city is Apollo. So sort by type of wall and check the angular ”Stucco” ones. Woodsiding, Metal, Brick and Stone are other ones I’d say fit on a city island dependingon the theme of the city.
