No, it's that to get a chance at the photo, your gift must be worth at least 750 bells, which means a wrapped stack of 2 non-natives fruits (1,000 bells total) is enough, while you would need a stack of at least 8 native fruits (800 bells) for the same chance

The plot will take away the sand. The next day, when the house is moved, THEN I think you can put the sand around the house. It won't be on the sand, but it will be surrounded with the sand,

Unless things have changed since I last played, the latest villager to move in will not get a move out bubble until another villager moves in. So you must first move out another villager, get someone to move in, then try the move out process for the previous last one.

As for the days, the bubble for moveouts refreshes 15 days after someone decides to move out, so done twice, it'll take minimum of 30, counting that the bubble lands on the right villager.
