For pavé you get his set for any amount you give so you'd need to give feather to get a complete set then the rainbow one for the float, then customize with a rainbow father, so other give whatever you catch and make rainbow feathers or give him the right colors from the start.

also it's only considered valid if there's actually somewhere to exit you could normally be, so no using pipes on tier 4 land or pipes surrounded entirely by cliffs and they wont count for pipe total for purposes of where they exit
